Exemption) (Amendment)
Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2022.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 931/2021) is amended by deleting paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) of the definition of “draw” and substituting the following paragraphs:
“(b)11 March 2022;
(c)8 April 2022;
(d)13 May 2022;”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  Paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the Remote Gambling (Health Promotion Board — Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2021 is amended by deleting the words “21 August 2022” and substituting the words “14 August 2022”.
