Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics
(Amendment) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 May 2016.

Amendment of Sixth Schedule

2. Item 5 of the Sixth Schedule to the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “Fortis Surgical Hospital” in paragraph (c) of the first column and substituting the words “Concord Cancer Hospital”.
