Remote Gambling
(Sentosa Development Corporation —
Exemption) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Remote Gambling (Sentosa Development Corporation — Exemption) Order 2022.

Definitions

2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —

“draw” means any draw to be held as part of the promotion at Sentosa Development Corporation, 39 Artillery Avenue, Singapore 099958 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon on the following dates:

(a)	6 May 2022;
(b)	10 June 2022;
(c)	8 July 2022;
(d)	5 August 2022;
(e)	9 September 2022;
(f)	20 September 2022;

“organiser” means the Sentosa Development Corporation established by section 3 of the Sentosa Development Corporation Act 1972;

“promotion” means the promotion called “Sentosa Passport & Golden Jubilee Grand Draw” that is to be made available from 11 March 2022 to 31 August 2022 (both dates inclusive) on the Sentosa Golden Jubilee Passport web application platform maintained by Scenestealer Pte Ltd;

“public accountant” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Accountants Act 2004.

Exemption

3.—(1) The organiser is exempt from sections 11, 13, 15 and 17 of the Act in respect of the promotion and the draws.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
