(Commencement) Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(3) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment No. 3) Act 2020, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment No. 3) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2021.

2. Sections 9, 10 and 11(c) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment No. 3) Act 2020 come into operation on 14 January 2021.

3. Section 11(d) to (g) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment No. 3) Act 2020 comes into operation on 15 January 2021.
