(Solicitors’ Accounts) (Amendment)
Rules 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Legal Profession Act 1966, the Council of the Law Society of Singapore, with the approval of the Chief Justice, makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Legal Profession (Solicitors’ Accounts) (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 14 January 2022.
Amendment of rule 8
2.  Rule 8(7) of the Legal Profession (Solicitors’ Accounts) Rules (R 8) is amended by inserting, immediately before the words “a Legal Service Officer” in sub‑paragraph (a)(ii), the words “a Judicial Service Officer or”.
