Work Injury Compensation Act
(Chapter 354)
Workmen’s Compensation (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Work Injury Compensation Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Workmen’s Compensation (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.
Amendment of title
2.  The Workmen’s Compensation (Fees) Regulations (Rg 4) are amended by deleting the words “WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION” in the title and substituting the words “WORK INJURY COMPENSATION”.
Amendment of regulation 1
3.  Regulation 1 of the Workmen’s Compensation (Fees) Regulations is amended by deleting the words “Workmen’s Compensation” and substituting the words “Work Injury Compensation”.
