Parks and Trees
(Amendment) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Parks and Trees Act, the National Parks Board, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Parks and Trees (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 27 April 2016.

Amendment of regulation 8

2. Regulation 8 of the Parks and Trees Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (3).

Deletion of Second Schedule

3. The Second Schedule to the Parks and Trees Regulations is deleted.
