Fees (Police Services) (Amendment) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Police Services) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2002.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. The Fees (Police Services) Order (O 32A) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph 2, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:

“

$25 per warrant.

”; and

(b)

by renumbering paragraph 2 as sub-paragraph (1) of that paragraph, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:

“(2) The fee specified in sub-paragraph (1)(c) shall be payable to the Commander “A” Division.”.
