Fees (Police Services) (Amendment) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Police Services) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2005.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Fees (Police Services) Order (O 32A) is amended by deleting “$450” in sub-paragraph (b) (ii) and substituting “$462”.
