(Disbursement of Moneys from Sinking Fund)
(Amendment) Rules 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 33(6)(a)(v) and 57 of the Town Councils Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Town Councils (Disbursement of Moneys from Sinking Fund) (Amendment) Rules 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2012.

Amendment of rule 3

2. Rule 3 of the Town Councils (Disbursement of Moneys from Sinking Fund) Rules (R 5) is amended by deleting the words “31st March 2012” in paragraphs (f) and (g) and substituting in each case the words “30th November 2012”.
