Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018
(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018, the Minister for Trade and Industry (Industry) makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  The Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018, except sections 64, 65, 67(2) and 70, comes into operation on 1 April 2018.
3.  Sections 64 and 65 of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018 come into operation on 2 April 2018.
