(Declaration of Hospital)
(Amendment) Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “hospital” in section 2 of the Human Organ Transplant Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospital) (Amendment) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 1 April 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospital) Notification 2013 (G.N. No. S 296/2013) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “for the purposes of the Act”, the words “other than Part IVA”.
