(Chapter 106)
Fees (Statistics) (Amendment) Order 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Statistics) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2005.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Fees (Statistics) Order (O 46) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (a) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“
(a) for every A4 size page or part thereof of any return that can be compiled from the Department’s data
...

”.
