Workmen’s Compensation Act
(Chapter 354)
Workmen’s Compensation (Cancellation) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1) and 14 of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Workmen’s Compensation (Cancellation) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.
Cancellation
2.  The following Notifications are cancelled:
(a)the Workmen’s Compensation (Hospital Charges) Notification (N 3);
(b)the Workmen’s Compensation (Definition of Workman) Notification (N 5); and
(c)the Workmen’s Compensation (Approved Hospitals) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 568/2003).

Made this 31st day of March 2008.
