(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2022 and is deemed to have come into operation on 28 February 2022.

Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule

2. Part 1 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item (3) in the second column of item 7, the following item:

“(4)

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item (5) in the second column of item 44, the following items:
