Police Force Act
(Chapter 235)
Police Force (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 116 of the Police Force Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Police Force (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 27th April 2009.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Police Force (Exemption) Order 2008 (G.N. No. S 433/2008) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “security guard agency’s licence” in sub-paragraphs (1)(a) and (2) and in the paragraph heading and substituting in each case the words “security agency’s licence”;
(b)by deleting the words “Private Investigation and Security Agencies Act (Cap. 249)” in sub-paragraphs (1)(a) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “Private Security Industry Act (Cap. 250A)”; and
(c)by deleting the words “security guard agency” in sub-paragraph (1)(b) and substituting the words “security agency”.
