Notification 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43(d) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Port Master hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Anchorages and Fairways) (Cancellation) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2012.

Cancellation

2. The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Anchorages and Fairways) Notification (N 5) is cancelled.
