In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2022 and is deemed to have come into operation on 28 February 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 2/2016) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 166, the following items:
