Fees (Appeals Board)
(Land Acquisition) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Appeals Board) (Land Acquisition) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.

Fee

2. A fee of $1 shall be payable to the Appeals Board (Land Acquisition) for every photostat copy of any Order of the Board, Verbatim Notes or other instrument issued by the Board.
