Fees (Land Office) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Land Office) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.

Fees

2. The fees specified in the Schedule shall be payable in the Land Office.

Revocation

3. The Fees (Land Office) Order (G.N. No.S 143/98) is revoked.

Made this 30th day of March 2000.
