Land Transport Authority of Singapore (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(2)(c) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2005.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (6) in the Schedule to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (Fees) Rules (R 1) is deleted and the following items substituted therefor:

“

(6) For the supply of a photographic or other copy of a plan —

(i) $10 for each copy of A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm)

(a) served with a notice under
section 9 of the Street Works
Act

(ii) $5 for each copy of any size smaller than A0 size.

(b) referred to in section 10 of the Street Works Act

(6A) For each official search of a plan referred to in section 10 of the Street Works Act

$20.

”.
