Fees (Surveys) (Amendment) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Surveys) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. Paragraph 3 of the Fees (Surveys) Order 1998 (G.N. No. S142/98) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (2).

Amendment of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Fees (Surveys) Order is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$5.50” and “$2.50” in the second column of item 10 and substituting “$6” and “$3”, respectively; and
(b)	by deleting paragraph (a) of item 11.
