Casino Control Act
(Chapter 33A)
Casino Control Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Casino Control Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Casino Control Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The following provisions of the Casino Control Act shall come into operation on 2nd April 2008:
(a)sections 3 and 4;
(b)sections 5 to 33 and 37 (in relation to any property, assets, interests, rights, privileges, liabilities or obligations transferred to the Authority under section 33);
(c)Parts III to XIII; and
(d)the Schedule.

Made this 1st day of April 2008.
