(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) (Amendment) Act 2022, the Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) Act 1999, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  The Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) (Amendment) Act 2022 comes into operation on 21 March 2022.
