Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 2nd April 2008.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 1A, the following item:
“
1B.
Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore
 
Casino Control Act (Chapter 33A)
”.
