(Commencement) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the National Environment Agency (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the National Environment Agency (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2016.
2.  The National Environment Agency (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016 comes into operation on 1 May 2016.
