Fees (Winding Up of Companies)
(Amendment) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Winding Up of Companies) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Winding Up of Companies) Order (O 35) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$450” in item 1 and substituting “$550”;
(b)	by deleting “$2,500” in item 2 and substituting “$3000”;
(c)	by deleting “$15” in item 3 and substituting “$20”; and
(d)	by deleting “$5” in item 17 and substituting “$7”. [G.N. No. S145/98]
