Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) (Amendment) Notification 2005

Variation of Responsibility of Minister for National Development

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st April 2005, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 542/2004) —

(a)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Professional Engineers Board.” under the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies”, the words “Strata Titles Boards.”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “Building Maintenance and Management.” under the subject “Building and Construction” and substituting the words “Building Maintenance and Strata Management.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) (Amendment) Notification 2005.
