In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) Act 1960, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) (Nanyang Technological University — Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 March 2024.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. In the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) (Nanyang Technological University — Exemption) Notification 2024 (G.N. No. S 94/2024), in paragraph 3(b)(i) —

(a)	replace “(Bicycles)” with “(Bicycles, Three‑wheeled Pedal Cycles, Trishaws and Recumbent Devices — Road Conduct)”; and
(b)	after “(except rule 13(1))”, insert “and the Road Traffic (Bicycles, Three‑wheeled Pedal Cycles, Trishaws and Recumbent Devices — Construction and Use) Rules 2024 (G.N. No. S 157/2024)”.
