Workplace Safety and Health Act
(Chapter 354A)
Workplace Safety and Health (Revocation) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 of the Workplace Safety and Health Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Workplace Safety and Health (Revocation) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2008.
Revocation
2.  The following subsidiary legislation are revoked:
(a)the Factories (Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice) Order (Cap. 104, O 11); and
(b)the Factories (Industrial Safety Helmets and Footwear) Notification (Cap. 104, N 2).

Made this 14th day of January 2008.
