Extradition Act
(Amendment of First Schedule)
Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43(a) of the Extradition Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Extradition Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 8 January 2019.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Part I of the First Schedule to the Extradition Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 33, the following item:

“34.	An offence of absconding while on bail or personal bond.”.
