(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84(2) of the Competition Act, the Competition Commission of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry (Trade), makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Competition (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 April 2018.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Competition (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “COMPETITION COMMISSION OF SINGAPORE” in the Schedule heading and substituting the words “COMPETITION AND CONSUMER COMMISSION OF SINGAPORE”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “Competition Commission of Singapore” in paragraphs 1 and 2 and substituting in each case the words “Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore”.
