Immigration (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 4th May 2009.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Immigration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting item 9 and substituting the following item:

“

9. Student’s pass — regulation 14(4)

Issue of a student’s pass

”.
