Town Councils (Amendment) Act 2017
(Commencement) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Town Councils (Amendment) Act 2017, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Town Councils (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2017.
2.  The Town Councils (Amendment) Act 2017, except section 15(a), (c), (d), (e) and (g), comes into operation on 1 May 2017.
