Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development and Sports) Notification 2000

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Abdullah Tarmugi shall, with effect from 1st April 2000, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and that he shall be designated as the Minister for Community Development and Sports.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development and Sports) Notification 2000.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 57/97) is cancelled, with effect from 1st April 2000.
