Charities (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Charities Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Charities (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 3rd April 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Charities (Fees) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$6” in the second column of item (4) and substituting “$5”; and
(b)	by deleting “$25” in the second column of item (5) and substituting “$23”. [G.N. No. S 132/2001]

Made this 1st day of April 2003.
