Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Private Lotteries) (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 12th April 2011.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Fees (Private Lotteries) Order (O 39) (referred to in this Order as the principal Order) is amended by deleting the words “Commissioner of Estate Duties” and substituting the words “Commissioner of Betting Duties”.

Amendment of paragraph 3

3. Paragraph 3 of the principal Order is amended by deleting the words “Commissioner of Estate Duties” and substituting the words “Commissioner of Betting Duties”.

Amendment of Schedule

4. Items 4 to 8 of the Schedule to the principal Order are deleted.
