Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act

Miscellaneous Offences (Emergency Telephone Numbers) Order 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14A (4)(a) of the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
1.  This Order may be cited as the Miscellaneous Offences (Emergency Telephone Numbers) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 15th May 1996.
2.  The Minister for Home Affairs hereby declares the telephone numbers listed in the Schedule to be emergency telephone numbers for the purposes of section 14A of the Act.

Made this 15th day of April 1996.
