Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2005.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) is amended by inserting “20%” in column (7) against H.S.
