Land Titles (Strata) (Non-application of Section 6) (No. 2) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(3) of the Land Titles (Strata) Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Non-Application of Section 6) (No. 2) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 12th April 2004.

Specified building

2. The Minister hereby specifies that the provisions of section 6 of the Act shall not apply to the PSA Building (Lot 2697T Mukim 1 comprised in Certificate of Title Vol. 605 Folio 151) controlled, managed and administered by Heliconia Realty Pte Ltd.
