Land Titles (Strata) Act
(Chapter 158)
Land Titles (Strata) (Revocation) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 130 of the Land Titles (Strata) Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Revocation) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2005.
Revocation
2.  The following Regulations are revoked:
(a)the Land Titles (Strata Titles Boards ) Regulations (Rg 2);
(b)the Land Titles (Strata) (Information and Fees) Regulations (Rg 3);
(c)the Land Titles (Strata) (Insurance) Regulations (Rg 4); and
(d)the Land Titles (Strata) (Variation of Initial Period) Regulations (Rg 5).

Made this 11th day of March 2005.
