Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) Notification 1997

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 27(4) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996, the Authority has determined that, in respect of licences granted under the Regulations set out in the Schedule, the fees payable under the respective provisions of those Regulations are set out in the Schedule.

2. In this Notification, the term “GT” means the gross tonnage of a vessel measured in accordance with the International Convention of Tonnage Measurement of Ships 1969 as amended from time to time.
