(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77 of the Environmental Protection and Management Act 1999, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Environmental Protection and Management (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 6 April 2023.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. In the Environmental Protection and Management (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 7), in regulation 2(f), after “19(2),”, insert “19A(2),”.
