Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(6) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 13th January 2003.
Deletion and substitution of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Companies Act is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
