(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Defenders Act 2022, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Public Defenders Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  Section 28 of the Public Defenders Act 2022 comes into operation on 16 January 2023.
