Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 4) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 4) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1996.

2. Paragraph 2 of the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order (O 1) (referred to in this Order as the principal Order) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (2) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(2) Copies of the Plans referred to in the First Schedule are available for inspection by the public free of charge during normal office hours at the office of the Deputy Superintendent of Car Parks (Housing and Development Board), 4th Storey, Tower A, HDB Centre, Jalan Bukit Merah.”.

3. The following provisions of the First Schedule to the principal Order under the heading Parking Places set out in the first column are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof:

Insert, immediately after paragraph (q), the following paragraphs:

(r)	The area off Jalan Teck Whye and delineated in Plan 590.

(s)	The area off Choa Chu Kang Crescent and delineated in Plan 591.

(t)	The area off Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4 and delineated in Plan 592.

(u)	The area off Bukit Batok Streets 24 and 25 and delineated in Plan 593.

(v)	The area off Bukit Batok Central and delineated in Plan 594.”.

Insert, immediately after paragraph (n), the following paragraphs:

(o)	The area off Choa Chu Kang Avenues 1 and 2 and delineated in Plan 595.

(p)	The areas off Choa Chu Kang North 6 and Choa Chu Kang Street 64 and delineated in Plan 596.”.

Insert, immediately after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:

4. The Second Schedule to the principal Order is deleted.
