Central Provident Fund Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13A(2) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 4th May 2009.
Amendment of Third Schedule
2.  The Third Schedule to the Central Provident Fund Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 18A, the following item:
“18B.    Limited Partnerships Act 2008 (Act 37 of 2008).”.

Made this 2nd day of April 2009.
