Customs
(Composition of Offences) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Composition of Offences) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 4th April 2008.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Customs (Composition of Offences) (Consolidation) Regulations (Rg 10) is amended by deleting “90E(3), 128(1), 130(1), 133, 136A(1)” in paragraph (a) and substituting “90(3), 128(1), 128A(1), 128B(1), 128C, 128D, 128E, 128F, 128G, 128H, 128I, 128J, 128K, 133, 136(1)”.
