Citation and commencement |
1. These Rules are the Legal Profession (Disciplinary Tribunal) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 April 2022. |
Amendment of rule 11 |
2. Rule 11 of the Legal Profession (Disciplinary Tribunal) Rules (R 2) (called in these Rules the principal Rules) is amended —

Amendment of rule 15 |
3. Rule 15(1) of the principal Rules is amended by deleting the words “in camera” (including the rule heading) and substituting in each case the words “in private”. |
Miscellaneous amendments |
4. The principal Rules are amended by deleting the word “leave” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:
