Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 7) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(9) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 7) Order 1999.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words "United Merchant Bank" in item (3)(c) and substituting the words "UOB Asia Limited", with effect from 31st March 1999; and
(b)	by deleting item (76) relating to LTCB Merchant Bank (Singapore) Ltd., with effect from 26th February 1999. [G.N. Nos.
